Moulder Skills Development assists with the completion, submission and claims of Workplace Skills Plans, Annual Training Reports and mandatory grants as required by

legislation as well as the completion and submission of Employment Equity Plans as required by legislation.

  • We have more than 600 companies that outsource their skills development to us and also entrust us with their Employment Equity requirements.

 

We deliver the following services:

  • Skills Development Facilitation

                      Any company who has salaries of more than R 500 000 per year must submit a WSP (Workplace Skills Plan) and ATR (Annual Training Report) to their SETA (Sectorial Education and Training 

                      Authority) by the 30th of April every year.

                      Moulder Skills Development will assist with the submission and make sure that all documents are delivered correctly and on time.

  • Employment Equity Plans

​                     Any company who has an annual turnover of more than R 15 000 000 and/or 50 employees must submit an EEP (Employment Equit Plan) by the 1st working day of October of every year or face

                     a fine of R 1 500 000 for non-compliance.

                     Moulder Skills Development will assist with the submission and make sure that all documents are delivered correctly and on time.
